This notice explains how Kilima Trek & Safaris uses information submitted through the website, saved in the browser trip board, or provided during a booking discussion. The privacy contact is info@kilimatrekandsafaris.com.
The website does not ask for passport scans, card details, online-banking credentials, or detailed medical records through the ordinary enquiry form. A more appropriate channel will be agreed if sensitive information is needed later in the booking process.
Information the website may collect
The enquiry forms request name, email, country or time zone, travel dates, traveller count, approximate budget, and the message you choose to provide. A hidden anti-spam field and basic server logs may also be processed.
The trip board uses browser local storage on the visitor's device. Saved items are not sent to Kilima until the visitor submits a form containing them.

Why information is used
